Purpose of GE > 64
GE provide our guild with crown points much like GBG does. These crown points will help our guild to advance to higher and higher guild levels permanently benefiting all of its members. Prepping a new city do be able to complete 64 is actually fairly. Instructions for this are found below. This method will also enable a new city to participate more in GBG so its an all around winner! Keep in mind that our guild unlocks all four levels of GE every week. This is an expense to the guild based on every city in the guild that is Iron age or higher. This once again emphasizes the need for Arcs and Observatories and the need to level them up.
How a newer city can complete 64 Encounters
New cities have no or very little attack bonus so it is impossible for them to fight all the way thru GE.. More likely you can't get very far at all in a bran new city. But there is a way for you to complete level 4 and reap those rewards (hundreds of forge points, diamonds, forge point producing buildings, lots of military units.
1st..You will need to work on maxing out your Tavern and maintaining an active friends list so that you can use the GE Tavern boost which gives you a 4th guess.
2nd.. Fights as far as you can without taking too many losses, and then negotiate using that "4th guess" Tavern boost. If you play on a laptop/pc using Chrome or Firefox browsers then download FOE helper. This will improve your negotiating instantly. If you don't have that option I recommend checking out Youtube videos on FOE Negotiating.
3rd.. If you still haven't done so you will need to put a Tower of Relics in your city. You will get prints for this GB just by dong GE. This building is essential to making GE worthwhile for you to do. You will get"relics" that may be worth up to 100 forge points or buildings than can give up to 12 fps per day.. and also buildings that will improve your attack bonus.
4. Negotiating in GE will requires goods from both your age and the next age below yours. At least in the beginning, you will need to make the number one priority for use of space in your city IN AGE Goods Production. 120 to goods in your age per day. First go for 3 of each of your 2 boosted goods (find and unlock boosted goods on your city map).. Trade for the other three goods in your age and also for the 5 goods in the next age down. Try to maintain at minimum of 200 each o fall 10 of those goods. This will ensure you have enough. You will need The bast supply , population and happiness buildings you can get to support this production. After the goods production is built, then put in a couple of military unit buildings.
5. Accumulating goods in your age will be one reason to stay in your age. By necessity this plan will slow you down in the aging up process. This is a good thing for you. If you get and level up some key GBs and focus ways to improve attack bonuses before aging up It will benefit you by putting you at or near the top of your hood. This will help you to not be attacked and plundered.
6. Remember that just by doing GE, you will be awarded a minimum of 24 units for the 1st three levels per week. Its almost like having a Traz.
